U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 11-3429
U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa - Cedar Rapids
[PUBLISHED] [Gruender, Author, with Chief Judge Riley and Melloy,
   Circuit Judges]
Criminal Case - conviction. Jury instruction that intent to distribute may be inferred from possession of large quantity of drugs was not error. Admission of Iowa Workforce Development Agency Record to corroborate lack of regular employment as a non-testimonial business record did not violate the Confrontation Clause because the record was not created for purpose of establishing or proving some fact at trial. Evidence was sufficient to support guilty verdicts for drug distribution and possession with intent to distribute counts.
