U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 11-3743
Appeal from Board of Immigration Appeals
[PUBLISHED] [Murphy, Author, with Melloy and Colloton, Circuit Judges]
Petition for Review - Immigration. Immigration Judge's adverse
credibility findings were supported by the record which showed
numerous inconsistencies in petitioner's testimony; petitioner's asylum
and withholding claims fail as they rested on his discredited testimony
about his identity; record also supported the IJ and BIA's alternative
findings that even if petitioner's evidence was credited, he failed to show
either past physical harm or a well founded fear of future persecution if
he returned to Somalia.
