Criminal Case - conviction. Sufficient evidence was presented that
defendant knew of fugitive status and provided a place to stay to support
harboring a fugitive conviction. Recipient's possession is sufficient proof
that a defendant disposed of a firearm to support offense of providing a
firearm to a prohibited person. No Second Amendment rights were
violated. District court did not abuse its discretion in using special
verdict form or in instructing the jury.
