   denial of motion to avoid judgment lien under 11 U.S.C. sec. 522(f) is
   affirmed. Debtor sought to avoid judgment lien. Estate paid off loans
   secured by bank's lien on property and thus the estate stepped into the
   shoes of the bank. The debt for the amount advanced is not secured by
   the judicial lien and cannot be avoided.
