Criminal case - Criminal law and sentencing. Violation of Minnesota
Statute Sec. 609.487, subd. 3, for fleeing the police in a motor vehicle
presented a serious potential risk of physical injury and was a violent
felony under the Armed Career Criminal Act; district court did not err in
concluding the government did not breach the plea agreement by arguing
that defendant should be sentenced as an armed career criminal.
