U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 12-1085
and No: 12-1173
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas - Little Rock
[PUBLISHED] [Benton, Author, with Loken and Gruender, Circuit Judges]
Criminal Cases - conviction suppression. District court did not err in
admitting evidence from search of house after finding the warrant lacked
probable cause under Leon good faith exception, as reliance of the search
warrant was objectively reasonable and there was no evidence officer
acted in bad faith. Evidence was sufficient to convict both defendants of
conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
