   Criminal case - Sentencing. The district court did not err in imposing an
   enhancement under Guidelines Sec. 3C1.1 for obstruction of justice when
   defendant sold assets which were subject to forfeiture and intentionally
   concealed the sales from investigators seeking to locate his assets; nor did
   the district court err in denying defendant's request for an acceptance-of-
   responsibility reduction under Guidelines Sec. 3E1.1 based on this
   obstructive behavior.
