U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 12-1977
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas - Pine Bluff
[PUBLISHED] [Riley, Author, with Wollman and Melloy, Circuit Judges]
Civil case - Fair Labor Standards Act. District court did not err in
determining plaintiff failed to establish a prima facie case of retaliation
under the Fair Labor Standards Act as no reasonable jury could conclude
that her discussion with her employer about a 10-minute time deduction
was a sufficiently clear and detailed complaint for the employer to
reasonably understand plaintiff was alleging a violation of the Act.
