Petition for Review - Immigration. Where petitioner's counsel failed to
attend the final hearing in the matter and the IJ denied her request for a
continuance, assuming without deciding that the IJ violated petitioner's
statutory right to counsel by not at least calling petitioner's counsel to
see that her statutory right to counsel was not violated, petitioner
cannot show prejudice from the violation, and the petition for review is
denied.
