U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 12-3162
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas - Little Rock
[PUBLISHED] [Riley, Author, with Gruender and Benton, Circuit Judges]
Civil case - Employment Discrimination. The district court's findings of
fact are reviewed under a clearly erroneous standard; the district court
did not clearly err in finding that the evidence failed to support
plaintiff's claim that she was terminated in retaliation for complaining
of racial discrimination; nor did the court clearly err in finding
plaintiff failed to prove race was the motivating factor behind her
termination; finally, the district court did not clearly err in finding
that plaintiff was not subjected to disparate terms and conditions of
employment based on her race.
