   Criminal Case - supervised release. District court did not err in denying 
   motion to terminate supervised release, as Mosby was not freed from 
   confinement during his civil detention and thus his supervised release did 
   not begin to run when his term of imprisonment expired and during his 
   civil detention. The district court did not abuse its discretion in 
   denying the motion to modify the terms of supervised release.
