Criminal case - Criminal law. In a prosecution for possessing and
distributing child pornography, the district court did not err in
admitting evidence of defendant's prior conviction for trafficking in
child pornography; defendant failed to establish premature jury
deliberations and the district court did not abuse its discretion by
denying his motion for a mistrial; district court did not abuse its
discretion by denying defendant's motion for a new trial based on
newly-discovered evidence as the information was not unknown or
unavailable at the time of trial.
