Plaintiff, a prisoner in the Iowa correctional system at the time he filed this Section 1983 action alleging the defendants violated his constitutional rights by failing to conduct in-person parole interviews, was required under the Prison Litigation Reform Act to exhaust his administrative remedies before filing suit, and the district court did not err in dismissing the suit for failure to exhaust.
