U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 13-1986
U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota - Minneapolis
[PUBLISHED] [Wollman, Author, with Loken and Kelly, Circuit Judges]
Civil case - Insurance. The district court erred in finding that
plaintiffs' claims triggered the insurance policy's aggregate coverage
limit of $2 million as under the plain language of the policy's provision
on "Interrelated Wrongful Acts," the insured's wrongful acts involving
misstatements, omissions and promises to each of the four plaintiffs were
logically connected and, therefore, a single act for coverage purposes.
