   Civil case - Bankruptcy. The Bankruptcy Appellate Panel erred in reversing 
   the bankruptcy court's factual findings that a debt was not dischargeable 
   under 11 U.S.C. Sec. 523(a)(2)(A), and the matter is reversed with 
   directions to reinstate the bankruptcy court's judgment that the $300,000 
   loan was not dischargeable.
