U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 13-2296
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri - St. Louis
[PUBLISHED] [Melloy, Author, with Wollman and Bye, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - Criminal law. Officers' entry into defendant's home was
justified because they possessed multiple arrest warrants for him and
reasonably believed he resided at and was present in the house; as a
result, the court would not address defendant's claim that an officer
violated defendant's Fourth Amendment rights by pressing his face against
a tinted window to see if defendant was present. Judge Bye, concurring in
the result.
