Criminal case - Criminal law. In a prosecution for smuggling firearms out
of the U.S. in violation of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 554, the district court did not
err in instructing the jury that the government could meet its burden of
proving that defendant knowingly violated the law by showing deliberate
ignorance or willful blindness.
