U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 13-2536
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas - Little Rock
[PUBLISHED] [Smith, Author, with Riley, Chief Judge, and Kelly, Circuit
Judge]
Civil case - Employment Discrimination. The district court did not err in
granting defendants' motion for summary judgment on plaintiff's claims of
gender discrimination as defendants articulated legitimate,
non-discrminatory grounds for terminating plaintiff from the University of
Arkansas Medical School's neurosurgery program and she failed to show
these grounds were pretexts for gender discrimination.
