discretion by ordering Poe to serve his sentence consecutively to his
state-court sentence; no error in imposing a five-level enhancement under
Guidelines Sec. 2G2.2(b)(5) for engaging in a pattern of activity
involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor; claims of
ineffective assistance of counsel would not be considered in this direct
appeal.
