included in the calculation of the number of weapons he possessed for
purposes of Guidelines Sec. 2K2.1(b)(1) and Sec. 1B1.3(a)(1)(B); claim of
sentence manipulation rejected; sentence fell within the statutory range
and did not violate defendant's Eighth Amendment rights.
