Criminal case - Criminal law. Under the circumstances set forth in the
opinion, the notice provided to defendant prior to the entry of the
restitution order was not reasonable; further the information provided to
the court did not comply with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 3664(a),
and the district court lacked sufficient information to fashion the
restitution order; the case is remanded to permit the district court to
hold a hearing for which defendant should have notice and an opportunity
to be heard on the issue of restitution.
