U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 15-1280
U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa - Davenport
[PUBLISHED] [Colloton, Author, with Murphy and Benton, Circuit Judges
Civil case - Social Security. The ALJ did not err in discrediting
claimant's allegations of disabling impairments based on the record
presented; nor did the ALJ err in weighing the medical evidence, or in
refusing to give controlling weight to her treating physician's conclusory
opinions concerning her ability to work full time and her workplace
limitations; there was substantial evidence to support the ALJ's
conclusions regarding claimant's residual functional capacity.
