U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 15-1390
U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri - Springfield
[PUBLISHED] [Shepherd, Author, with Wollman and Benton, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - Sentencing. The sentence imposed by the district court
upon the revocation of defendant's supervised release was both
procedurally sufficient and substantively reasonable; no error in ordering
that the sentence be served consecutively to yet-to-be-imposed state
sentences; no error in denying defendant's motion to recuse as defendant
failed to support his claim of bias or prejudice; claim of ineffective
assistance of counsel would not be considered on direct appeal.
