including proximity in place and time to a crime, defendant's partial
match to a description of one of the perpetrators, the time of night and
defendant's behavior, the police officer who stopped defendant had
reasonable suspicion to conduct a Terry stop; the district court did not
err in imposing a four-level enhancement under Guidelines Sec.
2K2.1(b)(6)(B) for possession of a firearm in connection with another
felony - drug possession.
