   Civil case - Insurance. The policy in question provided underinsured 
   motorist coverage only if the insured suffered bodily injury and the 
   vehicle responsible for the accident had a limit of liability that was 
   less than $50,000 per person; as the driver of the other vehicle had 
   coverage of $100,000 per person, the district court correctly concluded 
   the insured's policy did not provide underinsured motorist coverage for 
   the accident.
