U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 15-2547
U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota - St. Paul
[PUBLISHED] [Loken, Author, with Murphy and Benton, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - Sentencing. For the court's prior opinion in the case, see
United States v. Petruk, 781 F.3d 438 (8th Cir. 2015). The district court
did not err in imposing a two-level enhancement under Guidelines Sec.
2J1.2(b)(3)(C) for an obstruction of justice offense that was extensive in
scope, planning or preparation or in denying defendant's request for an
acceptance-of-responsibility reduction under Guidelines Sec. 3E1.1.
