U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 15-2980
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas - Little Rock
[PUBLISHED] [Shepherd, Author, with Wollman and Arnold, Circuit Judges]
Civil Case - social security. The decision to deny disability insurance
and supplemental security income benefits is supported by substantial
evidence. The ALJ properly determined Boyd's residual functional capacity
to perform sedentary work; the absence of clinical findings supported
rejection of his physician's opinion; the ALJ adequately explained that he
discounted Boyd's description of limitations of daily activities; and the
vocational expert's testimony of available jobs in the national economy
provided substantial evidence.
