liability" under 10b-5, the district court erred in dismissing the claim
as barred by the applicable statute of limitations; a reasonably diligent
plaintiff would not have discovered facts sufficient to plead scienter
based on public information existing prior to June 27, 2011; plaintiffs
brought their complaint within the two-year statute of limitations; the
scheme liability claim was not barred as a matter of law by Janus Capital
Group, Inc. v. First Derivative Traders, 564 U.S. 135 (2011) and
Stonebridge Investment Partners, LLC v. Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. 52 U.S.
148 (2008).
