granting the employer's motion for summary judgment on plaintiff's claim
that she was retaliated against and terminated after she opposed an
unlawful employment practice - unequal pay based on sex - as she presented
sufficient evidence that her action in raising the issue was the but-for
cause for her termination. Judge Colloton, dissenting.
