   cancellation of removal under 8 U.S.C. Sec. 1229b(b) as he departed the 
   U.S. under threat of deportation in March, 2001, thereby breaking his 
   continuous presence in the U.S.; a failure to satisfy the warning 
   requirements of 8 C.F.R. Section 240.25 does not preclude a finding of 
   voluntary departure under threat of deportation.
