Criminal case - Sentencing. Defendant's 2004 conviction for third-degree
criminal sexual conduct with force or coercion, in violation of Minnesota
Statute section 609.344(1)(c), qualified as a predicate felony under the
Armed Career Criminal Act, and the district court did not err in applying
the 15-year mandatory minimum sentence found in 18 U.S.C. Sec. 924(e)(1).
