   death trustee, and the district court did not err in concluding he did not 
   have standing to pursue a Section 1983 claim on behalf of his deceased 
   son; Minnesota's statutory scheme generally provides the opportunity for a 
   trustee to pursue a Section 1983 claim, and its provisions cannot be said 
   to be inconsistent with Section 1983' purposes.
