U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 17-2067
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri - St. Louis
[PUBLISHED] [Colloton, Author, with Gruender and Grasz, Circuit Judges]
Prisoner case - Habeas. The Missouri Court of Appeals did not unreasonably
apply clearly established federal law as determined by the Supreme Court
in determining that the evidence was sufficient to support Harden's
conviction for first-degree robbery and armed criminal action, and the
district court's order granting habeas relief on the basis that the
evidence was insufficient is reversed.
