Criminal case - Sentencing. The district court did not err in concluding
that defendant's conviction for aggravated assault on a family member in
violation of Ark. Code Ann. Sec. 5-26-306(a)(3) was a violent felony for
purposes of sentencing under the Armed Career Criminal Act.
