   that defendant's prior Missouri conviction for possession of a controlled 
   substance with intent to distribute was a controlled substance offense for 
   purposes of determining he was a career offender under the Guidelines; the 
   below-guidelines sentence imposed in the case was not an abuse of the 
   court's discretion.
