Steele's underlying Major Crimes Act conviction for burglary was a Class B
felony under 18 U.S.C.Sec. 3559(a)(2), and his three-year revocation
sentence was within the statutory maximum provided by 18 U.S.C. Sec.
3583(e)(3).
