U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 17-2726
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri - St. Louis
[PUBLISHED] [Smith, Author, with Wollman and Loken, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - Criminal law and sentencing. The evidence was sufficient
to support the district court's decision to revoke defendant's supervised
release as defendant admitted to violating two of the special conditions
of his supervised release; the special condition barring defendant from
participating in any organizational financial activities was reasonably
related to the 3583(d) sentencing factors; the conditions are not
overbroad and they do not prohibit defendant from contributing financially
to religious organizations.
