   Prisoner case - Prisoner Civil Rights. Accepting plaintiff's statements in 
   support of his complaint as true, defendant Perry's misstatements 
   regarding prison's grievance procedures would establish that the 
   procedures were unavailable as to defendant Murphy, and the grant of 
   summary judgment for Murphy is reversed; with respect to the other two 
   defendants, plaintiff did not name them in his informal complaint, and the 
   district court correctly found he had not exhausted his administrative 
   remedies as to them.
