U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 17-2828
U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota - Minneapolis
[PUBLISHED] [Wollman, Author, with Arnold and Kelly, Circuit Judges] Civil case - Civil rights. In this Section 1983 action plaintiff alleged defendants wrongfully placed her child in foster care after questions arose concerning his medical treatment; the district court correctly determined that plaintiff was collaterally estopped from relitigating the accuracy of a report finding plaintiff appeared to be misrepresenting the child's condition as Minnesota courts had implicitly ruled the report was credible in its entirety.
