   Criminal case - Sentencing. The case was remanded for resentencing under 
   U.S. v. McArthur, 850 F.3d 925 (8th Cir. 2017). On remand, the district 
   court reduced defendant's sentence from 420 to 380 months. The district 
   court adequately explained its sentencing decision, considering the 
   relevant factors and responding to defendant's objections with further 
   explanation; the sentence imposed was not substantively unreasonable.
