U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 17-3045
U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri - Joplin
[PUBLISHED] [Gruender, Author, with Melloy and Benton, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - Criminal law. In a government appeal of a suppression
order, the district court erred in determining a police search of
defendant's recreational vehicle exceeded the scope of an otherwise valid
warrant; the officers were not objectively unreasonable in their belief
that the RV fell within the warrant's authorization to search "any
vehicles;" suppression order reversed.
