U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 17-3675
U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota - Minneapolis
[PUBLISHED] [Stras, Author, with Colloton and Shepherd, Circuit Judges]
Civil case - Injunctions. The district court did not abuse its discretion
by denying plaintiff's motions for a preliminary injunction and an
injunction pending appeal to prevent defendants from competing against it;
plaintiff failed to show it was likely to prevail on the merits of its
contract and tort claims and failed to show that it would suffer
irreparable harm without injunctive relief.
