   was a qualified individual within the meaning of the ADA as his medical 
   restriction barred him from performing the duties laid out in his job 
   description; plaintiff could not perform the duties of other positions he 
   identified as alternative jobs as his medical restrictions prevented him 
   from performing the essential functions of these jobs, as well.
