U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 18-1063
U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota - Minneapolis
[PUBLISHED] [Erickson, Author, with Shepherd and Arnold, Circuit Judges]
Civil case - Insurance. The district court did not err in interpreting the
"batch clause endorsement" in the relevant policies to determine that only
one policy period was triggered by the claims against the insured; the
district court properly interpreted the word "lot" in determining whether
certain products were unique or part of the same "lot." Judge Arnold,
concurring in part and dissenting in part.
