Job attendance was an essential function of plaintiff's job as a Union Pacific Locomotive Engineer and plaintiff could not perform that function with or without a reasonable accommodation; he could not establish a prima facie case of ADA discrimination, and the district court did not err in granting Union Pacific's motion for summary judgment.
