U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 18-1947
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas - Helena
[PUBLISHED] [Erickson, Author, with Colloton and Gruender, Circuit Judges]
Civil case - Employment discrimination. Plaintiff failed to show
defendant's legitimate, non-discriminatory reasons for her termination
were pretexts for racial discrimination; the district court did not abuse
its discretion by denying plaintiff's motion to strike an email attached
to defendant's motion for summary judgment based on its determination
there was no new information in the email and that it would not consider
the information in ruling on the defendant's motion for summary judgment.
