U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 18-2124
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri - St. Louis
[PUBLISHED] [Smith, Author, with Colloton and Erickson, Circuit Judges]
Civil case - Contracts. All of plaintiff's claims concerning his failed
efforts at obtaining a Ph.D. in mechanical and aerospace engineering were
barred by Missouri's educational malpractice doctrine; the district court
did not abuse its discretion by denying plaintiff leave to amend his
complaint when he did not submit a proposed amendment or include anything
in his motion to indicate what an amended complaint would contain.
