   misleading labeling on the concentrated packages of its Roundup herbicide, 
   the district court did not err in approving the parties' settlement and 
   overruling defendant's objections, as the class was adequately represented 
   and the settlement was reasonable, fair and adequate; class counsel's 
   attorney fees award affirmed.
