U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 18-2685
U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota
[PUBLISHED] [Loken, Author, with Wollman and Stras, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - Criminal law. The district court did not abuse its
discretion by refusing to eliminate special conditions of supervised
release regarding drug testing, substance abuse treatment and associating
with gang members; the conditions were reasonably related to the
sentencing factors, involved no greater deprivation of liberty than was
reasonably necessary and were consistent with the Sentencing Commission's
pertinent policy statements.
