to support defendant's convictions for conspiring to distribute
methamphetamine and to launder money; district court's drug quantity
calculation affirmed ; no error in imposing sentencing enhancements under
Guidelines Sec. 3B1.1(a) for role in the offense and under Guidelines Sec.
2D1.1(b)(15)(E) for committing the offense as part of a pattern of
criminal conduct engaged in as a livelihood.
